제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 모두의 계산기(OmniCalc, 이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 온라인 수식 연산 및 단위 변환 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 이용자와 서비스 제공자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (계산 결과에 대한 법적 면책 고지)

1. 본 서비스에서 제공하는 모든 수식 연산, 퍼센트, 단위 환산 및 분수 계산 결과는 일반적인 정보 제공 및 학습 참고용으로 제작되었습니다.
2. 당사는 계산 알고리즘의 무결성과 최신성을 유지하기 위해 최선의 노력을 다하지만, 계산 결과의 100% 무결성을 법적으로 보증하지는 않습니다.
3. 본 서비스의 연산 결과를 토대로 진행된 실제 금융 투자, 부동산 매매, 세무 신고, 특수 건축 및 공학 설계 등으로 인해 발생한 직·간접적인 손해에 대하여 당사는 어떠한 법적 책임도 부담하지 않습니다. 중요한 거래나 설계 시 반드시 공인된 전문가의 자문을 구하시기 바랍니다.

제3조 (지적재산권)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the mathematical calculation, unit conversion, and educational utilities provided by OmniCalc ("the Service"), outlining mutual rights, responsibilities, and liabilities.

Article 2 (Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability)

1. All calculation outputs, trigonometric series, financial percentages, and unit estimations generated by the Service are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes.
2. While we maintain rigorous algorithmic checks complying with IEEE standards, OmniCalc does not warrant that calculations are 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific critical mission.
3. OmniCalc shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from investment decisions, tax filings, legal contracts, or architectural designs based on calculations performed on this website. Always consult certified professionals for mission-critical calculations.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property)

All proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, custom CSS tokens, editorial guides, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of OmniCalc. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
